12 Day Community Immersion, Design & Creation

Building a blueprint is a transformational experience, designed for those who are passionate about creating the New Earth. This co-creation is an invitation to share your vision and knowledge for new modelling of how regenerative communities could work. It's for someone who wants to either live in a community or be a part of an evolutionary program in which we will work out many of the elements of a regenerative community, together.
If you are inspired to live regeneratively and sustainably or have aspired to be off-the-grid or want to be one of the founding members of a template for an entirely new society, based on the principles of unity, compassion and higher consciousness… then we welcome you.
In 12 days, 15 individuals from around the world will come together to discuss and mastermind on the tough questions and problems about intentional and conscious communities, coming to a final blueprint of the best practices and outcomes for an ideal society, as through their eyes.
Some questions to be examined:
How do we balance individual sovereignty and collective good?
How do we live in true harmony with nature and natural law?
What makes an intentional/conscious community so?
Different governance models and what restricts, what guides?
What do we do with waste? What are the best building materials to use and why?

This is a practical application retreat. Expect to actually be ‘living in community’ and ‘getting your hands dirty’ to get a good taste and feel for what is realistic and right for you.
We will be putting pen to paper and have the strong intention to walk away from this retreat as an emerging community or have attendees go on to run with what we have all come up with, effectively becoming a ‘satellite’ in our growing network.
The invitation for this retreat is for only 15 individuals. This is due to cultivating intimacy and deep connections, so that we are all seen and heard as we have the discussions and begin living in a way that is more harmonious with the planet.
As we do this, we will live as a community for 13 days, including spiritual principles and techniques to inspire openness, transparency and centeredness so that we may have grounded conversations on what an ideal new world town will look like.
There will be daily spiritual practices including yoga, chi gong, sound healing, meditation and more.

The idea is to have experts come in and do a morning session with us. Later, we will break off into small groups, tasked with coming up with the most ideal scenario and then presenting to the larger group for discussion and refinement. More details of the flow of the 13 days to come.
The intention is to come out of this retreat with a blueprint that can be implemented globally as we begin the process of building the first community.
Meet Your Guides
Rajie Kabli
Rajie is the Founder of Wholehearted Media, a new earth news media platform that recognizes intuitive awareness is equal to and symbiotic with evolving intellectual knowledge. Rajie wholeheartedly believes that there is an essential meeting point between resonant media, spiritual evolution, and healing. Wholehearted Media draws from her experience as a 15 year meditator, a yoga instructor, and a Certified HeartMath and Accelerated Evolution coach. She has spent the last year diving deep into intentional, conscious, regenerative and off-grid communities, interviewing and asking questions regarding the best and most harmonious paths forward to help facilitate and ground emerging new earth energies.
Neil Gaur
Neil is the Founder of Portal to Ascension… a conscious event production company created in 2008 that hosts a wide range of presenters on a variety of topics such as the origins of humanity, the existence of Extraterrestrial life, exposing hidden truths and exploring the nature of reality. He travels the world facilitating gatherings and filming documentaries that are intended to empower the individual to reclaim their sovereignty and awaken to their full potential. Neil also operates an online platform that creates and facilitates about 110 conferences and workshops a year. At this point Portal to Ascension has worked with over 1500 researchers, spiritualists, scientists, consciousness explorers and more. Neil is a philosopher, historian, researcher and spoken word artist. He presents his research on the ancient wisdom and future science of sound, vibration & frequency; as well as in depth explorations into ancient civilizations, archeological discoveries, space anomalies, shedding light on hidden esoteric wisdom and exploring ways in which we can create unity and peace on Earth.
Flo Karuna
Flo is the founder of Star-Codes and a multi-dimensional soul who has expanded his perception into the subtle realms. He is a certified Hatha Yoga & Yin Yoga Instructor, and the creator of many elevated products such as the Pleiadian Oracle, Lyran Oracle & Masters of Light Group Oracle. With the ability to see peoples highest light, he is a empowered coach, and is here to serve your evolution, leadership and greatest expression on Earth

Their team offers a unique blend of land, education, design & experiences to fuel the conscious jungle living movement. Nestled in a private one hectare domain 15 minutes outside Tulum. If you are not willing to ‘get your hands dirty” in this blueprinting process, this may not be the retreat for you. Many people say they want to live in community but don’t actually do not have a concept of what that means and most of us think of commune style which is not the only way of living in community, it’s just ONE way. There is so much more to unpack and explore and create, why not do it together?

Deposit: 25% non-refundable deposit with the rest of the payment due by Sept 15th
Cancellation: Partial 75% refund eligible until October 15th
Travel Information:
We recommend you fly into Cancun airport. We will arrange shuttle service for you on Nov 23rd. Please try to arrive no later than 3pm. If you arrive before Nov 23rd, provide us with your details so we can see if your hotel or Airbnb is on the way to the retreat center so we can pick you up.
