Reservations & Payments

$300 of your initial deposit is NON-Refundable and NON-Transferable and is required to reserve your space. This deposit will confirm your reservation. The complete balance is due no later than 30th of September, 2022. If the balance is not paid in full by this time, your booking will be canceled. Payment plans are available upon receiving your deposit payment with special request. Please contact us at contact@verdehws.com to learn more about payment plans. Upon submitting your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with final payment details. In the case of late bookings, full payment will be required upon registration.

Insurance

We highly recommend that you obtain personal travel insurance to cover your experience, the activities throughout the retreat, and as well as your travel arrangements that may be affected by any unforeseen cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time, provided the cancellation is made by the person who created the reservation. Cancellation requests must be made to us in writing and will take effect within five business days from when we receive the notification. If you fail to pay your deposit or balance by the due date, your reservation will be canceled immediately. As cancellation incurs administrative costs, we will retain your deposit and you may be subject to additional charges as indicated below.

Cancellation Charges

- 90 Days or more before arrival: $300 of your initial deposit only

- 89 Days or Less before arrival: 100% of registration cost

Upon the first day of the retreat, no refund or partial refund will be repaid in the event that your registration is canceled by you. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy, you may be eligible to reclaim these charges through that policy. Under no circumstances are we liable to refund the cost of your flights or other travel arrangements.

Cancellations and Refunds

Verde Holistic Wellness Studio and Paledora Selva will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for canceled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, or other unforeseen events. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Retreat Package Investment Prices Include:

• All regular programmed activities, lectures, workshops, experiences

• 5 Days and 4 Nights accommodation in shared or private rooms

• 3 Healthy, Delicious meals and snacks per day

• One Group Excursion

• Ground Transportation to and from Cancun Airport on October 31st and November 4th only. All other arrival and transfer days will be at your expense.

  Retreat Package Investment Prices DO NOT include:

• Airfare

• Personal order gratuities

• Items of personal nature

• Emergency evacuation

• Personal Travel Insurance

• Any item that is not specified as being included

  Reschedule of Retreat

  In the case that Verde Holistic Wellness Studio and any resort or location are unable to host the retreat from October 31st - November 4th, 2022, you will be informed about any date changes immediately. Your deposit will be transferred to the new dates of the retreat. No transfer fee will apply, but your deposit will remain nonrefundable.

  Weather or Natural Disasters Delays

  Verde Holistic Wellness Studio, Paledora Selva, and/or any resort or location have no control over the weather or natural disasters. In case of weather or natural disasters, we will do all that we can to reschedule the retreat. We reserve the right to cancel any retreat prior to departure. You will not be entitled to make any further claims for compensation or damages, for any loss, consequential damage, expenses, loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.

  Consumer Disclosure Notice

  Verde Holistic Wellness Studio, the retreat facilitators, and/or the resort or location will not be held responsible for any damages, expenses, or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of schedules, strikes, nor will they be responsible for loss or damage to any of the registrant’s belongings. Verde Holistic Wellness Studio, the retreat facilitators, and/or the resort or location will not be held responsible for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity, or property damage as a result of force or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or retreat participant caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, by not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of the event location for transportation, accommodation or excursion provider, or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations offered in connection with our retreats. Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of registrants are made by facilitators on the sole condition that the facilitates shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herein.
