Mariana García
My name is Mariana García and I’ll be one of your hosts at The Path of the Mystic Retreat.
I AM a yoga, meditation, reiki teacher and practitioner. I’ll be guiding you on this sacred journey to embody your true authenticity and help you reconnect with the truth of your heart.
My spiritual awakening didn’t came from books or yoga at the beginning. I experienced since childhood a lot of painful situations that shaped me in to the person I am now.
8 years ago when I was a on a strong period of depression Yoga came to my life and pull out me out of that darkness giving me a strong sense of purpose, motivation and belonging.
I don’t teach shortcuts, what is really helping me in my journey of self mastery is practicing with patience every day healthy habits and grounding practices in my human experience.
I will offer you clear guidance and support for you to feel held on your path. I always work with honesty, love and integrity and with me you will learn how to be balance and the most important to recognize your true essence - LOVE.
Chelsea Gay
I am Chelsea Gay, your retreat host and spiritual guide who weaves the transformative power of movement and breath with somatic practice into a profound journey of self-discovery. With my expertise as an event producer and my deep love for dance, I create sacred spaces where open-hearted souls can come together, align their energies, and raise the vibration of love through free-flow movement.
Beyond the physical realm, my approach to dance is a spiritual odyssey. By merging movement with somatic practices, I invite individuals to connect with their bodies, minds, and souls, offering profound tools for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. I believe that dance has the extraordinary ability to release emotional blockages, fostering a deeper connection to the body and an authentic expression of self.
Through my transformational workshops, I guide participants in harnessing the healing power of dance to connect to the body release past traumas, shatter limiting beliefs, and embrace a life of sparkle and magic. These workshops provide a safe and sacred space where dancers can liberate themselves, practice vulnerability, and forge authentic connections with others.
