Reservations & Payments

First Payment (Deposit): 10% of the total cost of your retreat in order to reserve dates

Second Payment, due two months before your retreat: 40% of the total cost of your retreat

Third Payment, due two weeks before your retreat: 50% of the total cost of your retreat

A 10% deposit of the total retreat costs is required to reserve your dates, this deposit is NON-refundable. If you chose to cancel your retreat before two months of your retreat start date, your deposit is TRANSFERABLE ONCE to another date within a 3 month window not including the months of December or January. Upon submitting your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with final payment details. In the case of late bookings where booking date is within two months, a 40% will be required upon registration.

If the Second or Third payment are paid more than 3 days after they are due, they will incur a 1% late fee for EVERY ADDITIONAL DAY LATE. If the Second or Third payment are paid more than 10 days after they are due, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Insurance

We highly recommend that you and your participants obtain personal travel insurance to cover your experience, the activities throughout the retreat, and as well as your travel arrangements that may be affected by any unforeseen cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time, provided the cancellation is made by the person who created the reservation. Cancellation requests must be made to us in writing and will take effect within five business days from when we receive the notification. If you fail to pay your second or third payment by 10 days after the due date, your reservation will be canceled immediately. As cancellation incurs administrative costs, we will retain your deposit and you may be subject to additional charges as indicated below.

Cancellation Charges

- Up to two months before the retreat: 10% of the total cost

- Between two months to two weeks before the retreat date: 50% of the total costs

- After two weeks before the retreat date: 100% of the total costs

Upon the first day of the retreat, no refund or partial refund will be repaid in the event that your registration is canceled by you. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy, you may be eligible to reclaim these charges through that policy. Under no circumstances are we liable to refund the cost of your flights or other travel arrangements.

Cancellations and Refunds

Paledora Inc, Paledora Sa de CV or Concepto Cinco Elementos Sa de CV will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for canceled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, or other unforeseen events. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reschedule of Retreat

In the case that, for unforseen concequences, Paledora Selva is unable to host your retreat, you will be informed about any date changes immediately. All payments will be transferred to the new dates of the retreat, not reimbursable.

Weather or Natural Disasters Delays

Paledora Inc, Paledora Sa de CV or Concepto Cinco Elementos Sa de CV have no control over the weather or natural disasters. In case of weather or natural disasters, we will do all that we can to reschedule the retreat. We reserve the right to cancel any retreat prior to departure and apply reschedule policy listed above. You will not be entitled to make any further claims for compensation or damages, for any loss, consequential damage, expenses, loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.

Consumer Disclosure Notice

Paledora Inc, Paledora Sa de CV or Concepto Cinco Elementos Sa de CV will not be held responsible for any damages, expenses, or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of schedules, strikes, nor will they be responsible for loss or damage to any of the registrant’s belongings. Paledora Inc, Paledora Sa de CV or Concepto Cinco Elementos Sa de CV will not be held responsible for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity, or property damage as a result of force or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or retreat participant caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, by not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of the event location for transportation, accommodation or excursion provider, or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations offered in connection with our retreats. Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of registrants are made by facilitators on the sole condition that the facilitates shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herein.
