Meet Your Facilitators
Crystal Dorado
Crystal Dorado is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Cranio-Sacral Therapist, Akashic Records Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, mother, lover of animals, and so much more. A Pilsen native herself, Crystal founded Verde in 2011 with the vision of providing compassion-based care and accessible holistic wellness to the community. Through her studies with Shamanic teachers and healers in Tulum and Belize, she has worked to cultivate a deepened connection to her indigenous roots and to share her wisdom with others. With over ten years of experience in bodywork and energy healing, Crystal is honored to continue her journey in the role of a teacher.
Yolanda Hernandez
Since Yolanda Hernandez began her career as a massage therapist in 2014, she has found herself not only growing professionally but spiritually as well. Yolanda is immensely driven and committed, finding herself consistently bettering her craft and continuously adding to her the long list of modalities she provides. One of the central reasons Yolanda chose massage therapy as her career path was the satisfaction gained from helping and healing others. Yolanda also finds the massage environment to be a comforting atmosphere full of relaxation and peace and yearns to share that comfort with everyone she meets.
Stella Lee
Stella believes that we all have the capacity to transform our lives through the power and wisdom of our bodies’ innate ability to heal. She is passionate about helping people experience relief from chronic pain, stress, and limiting beliefs that can leave them feeling disconnected from their bodies. Stella is a yogi, artist, and facilitator dedicated to helping others connect to their inner being. She has practiced yoga for over 10 years and received her 200 hour YTT from Yogaview in Chicago. As a teacher and facilitator, her goal is to help others cultivate connection to their inner wealth of wisdom through movement, energy work, dialogue, and awareness.

We are a holistic wellness studio located in the heart of Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. Since opening our doors in 2011, Verde has been dedicated to serving and uplifting the community. Our team of licensed therapists, teachers, and practitioners are highly trained and dedicated to bodywork, reiki healing, qigong, yoga, and other holistic wellness modalities. We believe that health and wellness are not only physical, but spiritual and emotional. Verde’s studio space is deeply inspired by our owner & founder’s Mesoamerican lineage and her studies throughout Mexico and Central America. We seek to create a healing atmosphere where the spirit of our ancestral medicine is deeply felt - from the moment you enter our doors.
About Paledora ECO-RESORT
Paledora’s Eco Resort 10 room jungle paradise is nestled in a private one hectare domain 15 minutes outside Tulum. The space includes facilities for dance, celebration and yoga, in addition to a private cenote, temazcal and natural pool.
